By sharing content, you grant Selfy Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, publicly display, and distribute your content for the operation and promotion of the Platform.
You confirm you have the rights and permissions to post or share content.
5. User Conduct and Obligations
You agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Posting or sharing defamatory, offensive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Spamming, phishing, or distributing unsolicited commercial messages.

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
6. Zero Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content
Selfy Club has a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. This includes:
- Hate speech, harassment, or bullying.
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, or violent content.
- Content promoting self-harm, illegal activities, or dangerous behavior.
- Spam, scams, or deceptive practices.
Accounts that violate this policy may be suspended or permanently banned without prior notice.
7. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation
Selfy Club provides tools to protect the community:
- Report a Post: Users can report posts, comments, or photos that violate these Terms.
- Report a User: Users can report abusive or objectionable accounts.
- Block a User: Users can block others to prevent contact or interaction.
All reports are sent directly to the Selfy Club administration team. Our administrators review reports promptly and aim to take action within 24 hours, including content removal, suspension, or permanent banning of offenders. Reports and community activity are regularly monitored to ensure compliance.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to Selfy Club. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Platform without written permission.
9. Third-Party Links and Content
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of third-party services.

Selfy Club is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the operation, reliability, or security of the Platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selfy Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
13. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India for disputes related to these Terms.
